Actress Mallika’s long-term relationship comes to an end

Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat, who recently made a comeback on screen, has shattered the myth surrounding the term "expiry date." The 48-year-old actress has confidently stated that she plans to stay in the industry for the next two decades. 

In a candid interview, Mallika opened up about her work, Botox rumors, and even her breakup. Speaking about relationships, she remarked, "Finding the right person in life is truly very difficult."

Mallika's love life has often been a topic of discussion in the industry. This time, she shared details about her breakup, admitting that she is still searching for the right person. She said, "In today’s world, it’s hard to find a worthy partner."

The actress was previously dating French citizen Cyrille Auxenfans. Commenting on the breakup, she said, "We’ve parted ways, so I don’t want to talk about it."

In an interview with an Indian media outlet, Mallika discussed the perception in Bollywood that once an actress reaches the peak of her career in her youth, a second chance rarely comes her way, leaving her to fade into obscurity. 

Reflecting on her journey, Mallika said, "It’s been over two decades in the industry. Many call me irrelevant, but in truth, their thoughts are irrelevant. I am here, I was here, and I will continue to be here."

She added, "People often enjoy witnessing someone’s downfall, but no one can take away your happiness. I maintain a healthy lifestyle — I sleep on time, and I don’t consume alcohol or smoke."

Mallika also revealed that she has never undergone plastic surgery or Botox treatments. She emphasized that her youthful appearance remains unchanged, thanks to her healthy way of living.
