Nothing will happen to Tarek Zia, he will be fine if he gambles: Sheikh Hasina
Fire terror is happening in the country under the orders of Tarek Zia. Nothing will happen to Tarek Zia. He'd be better off gambling. But those who are terrorizing the fire at Tarek's command, must be partakers of the sin. Awami League president Sheikh Hasina said that people will take revenge for the arson attack.
He said these things while joining virtual election rallies at Bamana and Patharghata in Kushtia, Jhenaidah, Satkhira, Netrakona, Rangamati and Barguna districts on Saturday (December 23).
He said, who is their leader? Who wanted to kill me? Despite being criminals, I allowed them to stay at home. Nothing will happen to Tarek Zia. He'd be better off gambling. He does not come to the country. If you have courage, come to the country.
Sheikh Hasina said that the election will be festive and fair. We want to consolidate the democratic environment. All candidates will go to voters. Try to understand their thoughts. When we are moving the country forward, they have started terror. BNP is not a political party, they are terrorists. They are going with the war criminals. If the country cannot be protected from them, the development of the country cannot be maintained.
He said, if the elections are fair, the democratic system will be maintained only if people can vote as per their choice. The country will move forward. No one can be allowed to play tricks with the fate of the people of the country. This country is never safe in the hands of BNP-Jamaat. I urge everyone to protect the country from them.
The Awami League president said, "After 75, not the common people, but the murderers got better fortune." The people of the country are my family, I have sacrificed my life for them. She had to lose that election because the daughter of the father of the nation did not do politics to come to power by selling the country's wealth.
He said, 2009-23 Bangladesh is a changed Bangladesh, the country has progressed unprecedentedly in all indicators. The trend of development should be maintained. BNP continues to do terrible arson attacks in the name of preventing elections like in the past. BNP could not have done this if it had a sense of humanity.
Sheikh Hasina expressed her hope that Awami League will win the election on January 7 and said, "I want to vote for the boat brand, everyone will give the Awami League an opportunity to serve the people again by voting for the boat brand."
Regarding the peaceful transfer of power, he said, in the history of Bangladesh, there was a peaceful transfer of power only once, we transferred the power peacefully in 2001.
Sheikh Hasina said that we will not let anyone play with the fate of the people of Bangladesh. This country is never safe in the hands of that terrorist BNP and war criminal Jamaat. Because, they do not believe in the independence of the country. Does not believe in the spirit of liberation war.
He urged to continue the development of the country by protecting the country and the nation from the hands of BNP-Jamaat and arsonists.
