It is really difficult to keep track of exactly how much chira is eaten in our country. Dai Chira is one of our most popular dishes. Apart from this, there are chira bhaja or murighant made with rui or katla fish head with chira. But the pork cutlet? This is called fusion food.

Materials
Chira 1 cup, egg 1, flour half a cup, sugar 1/4 of a cup, grated coconut 1/4 of a cup, cardamom powder half a teaspoon, water 3 tablespoons, oil as much.

Mix chira, egg, flour, sugar, grated coconut, cardamom powder together in a bowl and knead it with water. Lightly heat a pan with enough white oil. Grease your hands with a little oil and make balls out of the chira mixture. Then flatten it slightly with hand pressure. Make cutlets like this and leave the cutlets in the hot oil of the pan. Fry until brown on both sides. Then serve hot.
